What colleges have you attended?

Good Morning friends,
It is day 3 of the Bloganuary challenge. When I left high school I went to work instead of college at first. I wasn’t sure as to what I wanted to be. I worked in a few factories but it wasn’t until I started working in the hospitality industry that I found my path. I have always liked to cook and learned how to cook primarily Gluten free because of my mom. 20 years ago I went back to school and went to culinary school and a local collage.
I have worked in just about every type of restaurant. From French gourmet to greasy spoon diners. Breakfast cook, pastry chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, head chef I’ve done it. I have wanted to go back into that industry again now that my son is a teenager and doesn’t require me as much. But I just haven’t found the right fit for me. I want to work with fresh organic farm grown fruits and veggies and pasture raised meats. I also want to work with Biblically clean foods, so that means no pork or shellfish. From scratch home made gluten free cooking is my heart.
So for now I will navigate my tiny kitchen dreaming of a space where I can sprawl out and create. I will bring my culinary skills back to life with unconventional ways of cooking while living in a tiny home. I would love for you to join the adventures.
